Fulton Ross Fund 4 Visual Artists

The Fulton Ross Fund for Visual Artists Grant application is now available online. (BETA VERSION) This online application has been created to help streamline the application process and submission of work. Please prepare your electronic files as noted below, before completing the online application.

Save all work to be submitted as hi-resolution (jpeg) images and save all Cover Letters and Resumes/Curriculum Vitae and Artwork Title Sheets as one of the following (.pdf), (.doc), or (.txt) file. If possible, Stuff (Macintosh) or Zip (Windows) all files and save file as your first initial last name. (i.e. Bob Smith's file would be saved as either bsmith.sit or bsmith.zip). If submitting individual files, please save image files as first initial last name followed by a 01, 02, etc., and save cover letter as first initial last name-cl. Save resume or curriculum vitae as first initial last name-rm or first initial last name-cv and the appropriate file suffix. (i.e. Bob Smith's individual files would be saved as bsmith01.jpg, bsmith02.jpg, etc. and bsmith-cl.pdf, bsmith-rm.pdf).

When the application is complete and you have attached your files, choose Submit. DO NOT close your browser window or go to another page until the confirmation screen appears.
